Over the last few days some of Ezykonect’s electronic broadband transmitting equipment became unstable & also in some cases completely shut down due to excessive thermal heat (a built in precautionary safety feature).Sorry about any inconvenience.… Read More

Due to the unseasonal storms in the area we have sustained lightning damage to various widespread client installations and even had one of our main sub-towers suffer a direct lightning strike which fried all electronic components causing a total loss … Read More

Unfortunately this morning while transferring one of our backup Chorus fibre connections to our new base station there was a systems meltdown causing an outage to our South Canterbury Broadband Customers.

Hopefully our network service delivery is now more stable after Chrous have reconfigured their network feeds following last weeks interruptions and are delivering a more stable feed to our Ezykonect Broadband Network.

Our upstream provider of VOIP Services was having recurring connection issues for incoming and outgoing phone calls over the last week. They have resolved this as of yesterday 30th October.
