Hopefully our network service delivery is now more stable after Chrous have reconfigured their network feeds following last weeks interruptions and are delivering a more stable feed to our Ezykonect Broadband Network.

Our upstream provider of VOIP Services was having recurring connection issues for incoming and outgoing phone calls over the last week. They have resolved this as of yesterday 30th October.

A major fibre cut in Sydney is currently impacting international connectivity to New Zealand customers and the USA. Field resources are working on restoring services.

This may affect Ezykonect customers trying to reach overseas content including NetFlix.
