Now that power is back on at most customers premises, a minor reset of the EzyKonect radio unit fitted at your house may need a manual power reset by turning off the power feed to the power injector box for 20 seconds and then turning back on. This will enable your radio unit to re-synchronise with the EzyKonect Broadband Network.
