Our upstream provider of VOIP Services was having recurring connection issues for incoming and outgoing phone calls over the last week. They have resolved this as of yesterday 30th October.

A major fibre cut in Sydney is currently impacting international connectivity to New Zealand customers and the USA. Field resources are working on restoring services.

This may affect Ezykonect customers trying to reach overseas content including NetFlix.

We have a scheduled major upgrade of our Digital Wireless Network happening on Monday March 13th commencing at 5.00am.

We hope to have fully enhanced services restored by no later than 7.00am.

It appears Chorus had a major fibre meltdown just after 10.00pm on Dec 28th.

Our Network was offline briefly so some customers may need to “Reboot” or “Repower” their power supply which feeds the EzyKonect radio unit at their premises.… Read More
